“Bill Ease Solutions”
An NDA fictional company created to describe a real world project. This project followed the entire end-to-end design process, utilizing the double diamond approach. The discovery and framing efforts for this work was an enterprise-wide, omni-channel effort resulting in multiple projects across teams in an effort to save the company an extensive amount of money and increasing customer experience.
“Idea-Athon” Design Studio
An NDA fictional company created to describe a real world project. This was a six-week research project, resulting in a current state journey map creation, identifying all of the pain points through multiple channels and areas of business throughout the company. The project completed in a two day, in-person design studio, resulting in a new future state journey map.
Ambulatory surgery center chart
After doing research and connecting with practices to find out what some of their needs might be, it was found that a surgery center chart was necessary. The business already provides a clinical chart and found there are some practices that have their own surgery center. Many of them are still using paper, so the creation of an ASC chart would be invaluable to the practices.
REDESIGN OF THE IPAD APP
The Nextech iPad charting application needed to be updated to be more user-friendly and the design needed to be updated to a more modern look and feel. All of the workflows such as the room manager, electronic medical record, labs, appointments and other functions were all researched and transformed to be a better user experience.
PRACTICE MANAGEMENT ENHANCEMENTS
The technology platform moved into Angular Material and a new design system and style guide was created based on Material Design. All of the products were moving towards this same base as the infrastructure. All of the pages in the practice management system were being updated with this new design system so that everything was updated, user-friendly and consistent.
Perfect Properties Mobile App
Mobile application design created for users to find investment properties within certain demographic and housing criteria. It gives options for saving favorites, contacting the property owners or agents, mapping to a location and getting recommended picks.
